About The Artist
Born and grown up in Switzerland Leo Gesess has always been a freethinker with ideas and visions. His motto for his photographic work:
“Hold the moment and fill it with life.”
As a photographer and creative director and owner of the advertising agency COM.COM. www.comcom.ooo in Switzerland for over 17 years he is working for national and international clients and brands.
Extensive stays abroad from 2006 until 2010 in the USA and Italy generated exciting projects. Like the photography book „A very common horsebook“, for which he produced all photos in Nova Scotia Canada, or the book „100 years Setter & Pointer Club Switzerland“. Both books have been admitted to the category „Most beautiful books of Switzerland“.
Besides being a selected Member of TAU, the professional photographer association Italy, Leo Gesess furthermore has been the official photographer of the Italian Rally Champion.
Exposition Sept. 2017 at the Museum of Gedenk&Mahnstätte in Düsseldorf, Germany. Exposition at fiftyfifty Gallery in Düsseldorf, Germany. Photo-Exposition (big sized photos) in the City of Düsseldorf with the series “underdog”. Several Honorable Mnetions and finalist at International Photo Awards in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, California.
