Christophe Szpajdel, of Polish origin but born in Belgium on the 29th of September 1970 is an internationally acclaimed artist specialising in calligraphy, typography, lettering and logo design.
His name got noticed behind extreme metal bands logos like Emperor, Enthroned, Impiety, Moonspell to mention a few during the uninterrupted span of 35 years now…
Over the last few years, his horizons expanded and the Rihanna’s logo, completed in 2016, is the design that the general public has come to associate with death metal logos, mainly because it’s frequently seen as an example of such graphics.
