Artists begin by sharing their work and story through our submission form. Our production team reviews each submission according to the strength of the work, creative alignment, location, visual environment, and compatibility with upcoming filming routes.
Where does filming take place?
ArtistOnTheGo is filmed on location in the artist’s studio, home, garden, outdoor workspace, or another environment connected to their creative life. You do not need an enormous or perfect studio. We are experienced in finding the beauty and story within each artist’s space.
How long does filming take?
The ArtistOnTheGo filming experience generally takes approximately two to three hours. The exact schedule is planned with each selected artist before filming.
How long is the finished film?
An ArtistOnTheGo film is created as an approximately 15-minute cinematic artist feature. The final length may vary slightly according to the story and production.
What if I’m not comfortable on camera?
That is completely understandable, and you do not need to be an experienced speaker. Viviana guides the conversation naturally, helping you relax and speak from your own experience. The filming is designed to feel like a meaningful conversation, not a performance.
Who appears in the film?
The focus is the artist, their work, creative process, and environment. When appropriate and agreed upon in advance, other people who are important to the artist’s life or story may also be considered.

Do I receive a copy of my film?
Selected artists receive a copy of the completed film for their personal archive and approved marketing use. Final usage permissions are explained and confirmed directly with the artist before filming.
What promotional support is included?
The experience includes coordinated release support, selected promotional media, and an editorial feature through ArtTour International Magazine. The final promotional plan is confirmed with each selected artist.
What happens after I submit my story?
Our team reviews your work, story, location, and alignment with upcoming filming routes. If your submission is selected, we contact you privately with the complete experience details and possible next steps.
Does submitting guarantee selection?
No. Every submission is considered carefully, but ArtistOnTheGo filming opportunities are selective and depend on creative alignment, location, production availability, and upcoming filming routes.
How do I reserve a filming date?
Filming dates are discussed privately with artists who have completed the review process and received an invitation from our team.
